Orders are processed during normal business days only and do not include weekends or holidays.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping is NOT free unless explicitly stated in a written promotion.

Customers are responsible for all shipping-related costs including but not limited to:

  • Freight shipping fees
  • Pallet delivery charges
  • Residential delivery surcharges
  • Liftgate fees
  • Insurance costs
  • Fuel surcharges
  • Redelivery fees
  • Return shipping charges

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.


PRODUCTION & BACKORDERS

Certain products are manufactured, packaged, labeled, or prepared to order.

Production timelines may range from:

  • 2 to 4 weeks
  • Up to 30 days depending on inventory, production schedules, custom branding, or demand

As a result:

  • Orders may enter backorder status
  • Orders may ship in multiple shipments
  • Machines, accessories, consumables, and promotional items may arrive separately

Estimated timelines are not guaranteed delivery dates.


SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Hill Country Hemp complies with applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding hemp-derived cannabinoid products.

Because hemp laws vary by jurisdiction and frequently change, we reserve the right to:

  • Restrict shipments to certain states or jurisdictions
  • Refuse shipment of certain products
  • Cancel orders based on compliance concerns

Customers are solely responsible for understanding and complying with local laws before placing an order.

We are not responsible for orders delayed, seized, returned, confiscated, or rejected due to local laws or regulatory actions.


AGE VERIFICATION

RISK OF LOSS

Risk of loss and ownership transfer to the customer once the order is transferred to the shipping carrier.

  • Incorrect shipping addresses submitted by customers
  • Carrier scanning errors
  • Delivery issues after carrier acceptance

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and contacting the carrier directly regarding delivery concerns.


INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If incorrect shipping information is submitted:

  • Additional shipping fees may apply
  • Delays may occur
  • Orders may be returned or destroyed by the carrier
  • Refunds are not guaranteed

Hill Country Hemp is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect customer-provided information.


DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your shipment arrives visibly damaged:

  • Retain all packaging materials
  • Take photographs immediately
  • Contact the shipping carrier promptly
  • Notify Hill Country Hemp within 48 hours of delivery

Damage claims may require carrier inspection and are subject to carrier investigation procedures.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once marked delivered by the carrier, packages are considered delivered.

Hill Country Hemp is not responsible for:

  • Theft after delivery
  • Missing packages marked delivered
  • Mailroom or apartment delivery issues
  • Incorrect delivery by carrier

Customers should contact the carrier directly regarding delivery disputes.


MACHINE & FREIGHT DELIVERIES

Commercial equipment, machines, or palletized shipments may require:

  • Freight appointments
  • Commercial unloading access
  • Liftgate services
  • Signature upon delivery

Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery accessibility.

Additional carrier fees caused by failed delivery attempts, inaccessible locations, or rescheduling are the responsibility of the customer.


WHOLESALE SHIPPING

Wholesale and distributor orders may require:

  • Extended processing times
  • Freight coordination
  • Palletized shipping
  • Additional compliance verification

Wholesale shipping timelines are estimates only and may vary.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
